How do my stairs and rails get delivered?
Products are delivered by our personal fleet of delivery trucks to the job site at no additional charge. To avoid damage, stair treads and refinished parts are covered with protective coverings to maintain the integrity of the product.

Does MJ Modern Stairways Company build and manufacture staircases on-site?
It depend on what kind of stairs you have ordered? Most of the stair parts are already prepared for installation beforehand. We just assemble them at the job site

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! I do request, however, that if there is more than one homeowner you are both present during the estimate.

Yes, you will have a choice to select your structure, steps (wood/glass) and kind of wood you like that matches hardwood flooring, cabinetry, etc

No, The MJ Modern Stairways design , install all products and fabricate some of those. The company has a business relationship with several company in US and China that they are working with our requirements, So we will have a better quality ,price and time for our customers.
Do you stain the wood steps or wood handrail?
It depends on your decision with charge for paint plus 10% for servile.
can I stain with my painter?
Yes, you can stain it yourself.
How long will it take to install my new staircase?
It depend on the kind of stairs . Modern stairs take almost two weeks for one story.
Will I receive a warranty for my custom staircase?
A full five year warranty comes with every stair or handrail project. Should there ever be an issue I will make any repairs for any issues caused by installation problems.
Are painting and sealing services included with my wooden staircase?
Painting and finishing is not included in my estimate although we do recommend a painter. Paint grade balusters can be painted at a paint shop before installation reducing on site painting.
Is there a deposit needed to begin work?
– Stair A 25% material deposit is required when we sign the contract.
– Handrail 10% and Interior design 10% contract deposit is required when sign the contract.
